Although our customers love their masterpieces, we understand that it’s human nature to change our minds now and again, so we have a 14-day No-Questions return policy.
Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your re-creation and we’ll email you some simple return instructions and will arrange for a courier service to collect your re-creation.
Once we've received your returned re-creation/s we'll immediately refund the full cost of your order, minus the shipping costs.
Our packing experts will make sure each re-creation leaves the framing workshop carefully packaged and secure, however, accidents can happen. If your re-creation arrives damaged, get in touch with our support team right away and we’ll put things straight.
